Attention MNA Home Owners:

• Monticello has joined eight other west side neighborhoods to solicit favorable mineral rights leases for our residents.

• Many property owners are concerned about possible drill sites and the low initial offers we have received, relative to what other Tarrant County neighborhoods have negotiated.

• Fort Worth attorney Parnell McGlinchey has requested proposals from several gas companies on behalf of these west side neighborhoods.We should know more in mid- to late-May.

What should property owners do?

1. Do not sign a lease yet.
